All functions mentioned below are found under the MORE Menu of your iSell platform and are permission-based.
- iSell Homepage – Remove old messages and lift staff spirits with inspirational quotes for the year ahead
- Financial Control – Keep on top of your finances by using this to manage exchange rates, deposits, booking add-ins, margins, discounts and commissions
- Result Manager – Manipulate your search results by removing unwanted star ratings, properties, cruise lines or by driving recommended stock
- Travel Search Supplier – You are in control and have the ability to switch your platform suppliers on or off
- Destination Supplier – Target specific suppliers by country, airport or resort per search focusing not only on the commercial agreement you have with that supplier but also targeting those suppliers that provide the best rates for that area.
- Source Codes – Utilise these for your campaign planning
Knowledge Hub – If you’ve not already done so, raise a JIRA ticket for access to the Knowledge Hub. This is a free service which our Customer Success Team will enable for you providing you with access to online training material and support documentation – we are continually updating and loading new training material.
